The REMORA project is pleased to announce the launch of the REMORA Online Training Program 2026, a structured series of online training sessions designed for researchers, technical staff, support staff and professionals from the three REMORA research centers — Azores, Madeira and La Réunion.
The main objective of this program is to strengthen skills, promote knowledge exchange and support professional development through high-quality online training delivered by highly qualified experts and recognized specialists in their respective fields.
Throughout 2026, participants will have access to a diverse portfolio of training opportunities combining scientific rigor with practical relevance, while also encouraging collaboration and interaction across the REMORA centers.

Participation in the training sessions is free of charge, but pre-registration is required to receive detailed information, updates and access details.
Priority will be given to participants from the REMORA centers — OKEANOS, CITEB and OOM — while a limited number of places may be made available to external participants depending on overall capacity.
The REMORA consortium believes this training program will provide a valuable opportunity for learning, exchange and capacity building across regions and institutions.
