Objective

Capitalizing on the transformation of CITEB, OOM and OKEANOS, WP4 aims at reducing the substitution effect between structural funds and Horizon Europe in La Réunion, Madeira and the Azores through the empowerment of other research and innovation (R&I) organizations and the introduction of synergies in regional R&I policies and associated funding sources (such as structural funds).
