An operational roll-out of WP2 strategic planning, WP3 aims at establishing collaborations between CITEB, OOM and OKEANOS and HorizonEU champions and European research networks to identify common research interests, synergies and partnerships as well as reinforce their reputation and participation in HorizonEU.
