The main objective of WP1 is to overcome two major blocking points which contribute to CITEB, OKEANOS and OOM dependence on structural funds and inhibit their participation in Horizon Europe: the lack of organizational strategy and strong individual motivation and capacities. To that end, WP1 aims at designing and implementing “Excellence for ERA” roadmaps and human resources capacity-building activities which will boost partner organizations research and innovation (R&I) capacities and competitiveness in Horizon Europe.
