WP2 addresses a third blocking point which inhibits the participation of CITEB, OOM and OKEANOS in Horizon Europe and reinforces their dependence on structural funds: the lack of visibility and connections to major EU R&I networks. Its core objective is thus to move the 3 organizations and their respective regions out of isolation, through a joint internationalization strategy which will also foster greater synergies.
